Associate Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist account team in providing quality customer service to existing accounts
- Assistance in resolving billing and claim issues
- Gathering renewal information and general account assistance as needed
- Assisting account team with annual enrollment by helping create communication material
- Assist with special projects in the office as requested
- Monitor and maintain accurate client information in account management systems
- Act in capacity of client manager on assigned accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance License preferred
