Key responsibilities & impact

supports the Employee Benefits team by delivering administrative, technical, and analytical assistance
contributes to client deliverables
helps ensure data accuracy
develops foundational knowledge in employee benefits, funding strategies, and vendor structures
supports data entry, census tracking, and file audits
assists with creating and maintaining spreadsheets, templates, and documents
provides data support and participates in team meetings
assists with benchmarking, vendor grids, and development of communication strategies for Market Analysis
analyzes benefits and claims data for Market Analysis
organizes carrier and vendor bids and maintains client databases in internal systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School / GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education & experience
Must hold a valid CA Life Agent license or will obtain (within first 6 months)
proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
advanced skills in Excel
Project Management software and Database software preferred
