Key responsibilities & impact

Triage and support urgent placement or problem-solving needs in support of Middle Market Account Team
Manage internal coordination of Critical Path strategy session process, scheduling, and action items on a recurring and ongoing monthly basis
Support regional placement initiatives; use data and analytics to support, track and inform
Participate actively in carrier training meetings, documenting key insights and distributing to internal partners for knowledge transfer
Participate with maintaining shared resource library to support market placement & database tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 Years Experience as a licensed insurance agent with Account Manager or Marketer experience of Commercial Lines Middle Market accounts across diverse industries
Experience in office setting in an administrative/commercial insurance role
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Washington or Oregon-State P & C Insurance Producer License Required
