💰 $50,000 - $65,000 per year

About the role

  • Support advisors in preparing materials for 20+ client meetings per month, delivered 3+ days in advance (agendas, reports, performance summaries, planning documents)
  • Input financial planning data in eMoney based on advisor notes from new client meetings and client reviews
  • Coordinate with Advisors & Client Service team to manage scheduling, set appointments, and communicate with clients as needed
  • Review, organize, process, and submit completed client paperwork to custodians; track requests through to completion
  • Maintain detailed client records in Orion & Dynamix CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Support new client onboarding process, collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure seamless account setup and transitions
  • Maintain regulatory documents for the Financial Planning & Wealth Team and Compliance Department
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, investment, and operations teams to ensure all aspects of client accounts, financial plans, and portfolios are managed effectively
  • Develop platform expertise across key systems (eMoney, Orion, Schwab/Fidelity) with the goal of becoming a team resource
  • Support insurance review tracking and application processes as needed
  • Other projects and responsibilities as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, think critically, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for helping clients and a genuine interest in financial planning and wealth management
  • Willingness to learn new skills, systems, and processes
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or financial services setting (preferred)
  • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, Orion) or CRM tools (preferred)
  • Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain within first year) (preferred)
  • Interest in pursuing CFP designation or other professional certifications (preferred)
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technology to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate the client experience (preferred)
