About the role

  • Manage all scheduling, registration, and roster tracking for SFD performance workshops (Executive Presence Selling, Path to Validation, Jump Start, Insurance Week, and related programs)
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of workshop materials (printed and digital), ensuring all resources are current and aligned with program objectives
  • Handle meeting setup, calendar invitations, and day-of logistics for both live and virtual sessions
  • Administer pre- and post-workshop assessments (not satisfaction surveys; performance-oriented instruments) and compile responses for the training team
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for participants with questions about upcoming sessions, expectations, and preparation requirements
  • Troubleshoot technology issues during live training sessions to minimize disruption to the learning experience
  • Support the department's AI-enabled performance tools including Hyperbound simulation configurations, Claude Projects, and other emerging platforms
  • Coordinate vendor relationships for training technology partners (AuctusIQ, Hyperbound, and others), including license tracking, issue escalation, renewal timelines, and basic troubleshooting
  • Assist coaches and program managers in preparing tool environments for workshops and coaching engagements
  • Stay current on tool updates and new features; flag opportunities where technology can streamline SFD operations or improve producer-facing experiences
  • Maintain the LMS (Cornerstone or equivalent), including course enrollment, content uploads, and user support
  • Track course completions and certifications; ensure records are accurate and tied to performance program participation (not just seat time)
  • Coordinate with the LMS vendor on system issues, updates, and enhancements as needed
  • Maintain organized records of training attendance, participation, and completion across all programs; assist in compiling data that connects participation to performance outcomes
  • Help maintain tracking spreadsheets, dashboards, and other tools used by the department to monitor coaching engagement, program health, and producer progress
  • Develop and distribute communications to drive awareness and enrollment in SFD programs, including email campaigns, flyers, and intranet announcements
  • Update and maintain the department's internal intranet pages with current training schedules, resources, tools, and announcements; ensure content is organized and easily accessible when producers need it
  • Track engagement health across programs and tools; surface trends in participation, drop-off, or underutilization to program managers and leadership
  • Coordinate outreach efforts to brokers, account executives, and field leadership in partnership with coaches and facilitators
  • Own the operational back-end that frees coaches and program managers to spend their time on high-value performance work (coaching conversations, workshop facilitation, program design)
  • Partner with trainers, facilitators, and department leadership to ensure all sessions are fully prepared and supported.
  • Communicate proactively with participants regarding training schedules, expectations, and follow-ups
  • Liaise with internal teams (HR, IT, regional leadership) to support the smooth implementation of training tools and programs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role (training, learning & development, or sales environments preferred)

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to compile, organize, and present data accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to the team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with LMS administration (Cornerstone preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Comfort with AI-enabled tools and a curiosity about how technology can improve performance outcomes
