About the role
- Servicing the day-to-day needs of our insureds
- Managing the execution of all aspects of the client renewal
- Managing and delegating work to assistant account managers
- Maintaining accurate policy and insured info in agency management system (EPIC)
Requirements
- 3 years insurance account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Familiarity with EPIC agency management system is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
