About the role
- Servicing the day to day needs of our insureds
- Managing the execution of all aspects of the client renewal process including obtaining updated information and marketing
- Managing client relationship ensuring satisfaction
- Managing and delegating work as needed to Assistant Account Managers
- Ensuring the completion and accuracy of proposals, binding of coverage, and review of policies
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years insurance account management experience with a broker (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communications
