About the role
- Manage a dedicated book of business, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
- Review and work open activities in EPIC daily.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, providing insights and recommendations for coverage adjustments.
- Analyze property and casualty insurance policies, identifying areas for improvement and customization.
- Responsible for managing the renewal cycle and coordinating with the Producer on the account.
- Act as a strong advocate for clients within the organization.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Customer Service Representatives.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of licensed experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Proven track record in client management and account development.
- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
