About the role
- Assists the Account Manager with the entire account service process
- Reviews applications and renewal requests to help determine marketing strategy
- Assists with rating and marketing to carriers
- Prepares quotes and proposals
- Reviews policies, processes endorsements/certificates/MVRs/Loss Runs/ID cards
- Binds policies
- Assists with audits
- Coordinates billing and premium financing, as necessary
Requirements
- 1-3 years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment
- HS diploma or GED
- Holds an insurance license in good standing
- Computer proficient with MSOS, Outlook, agency management systems (Epic preferred)
- Required soft skills: efficient time management, organization, customer service, high initiative, team-oriented and high attention to detail
- Required Travel: No Travel Required
- Required Education: High school or equivalent
