Own features from idea through release and iteration
Work in short cycles and incorporate feedback quickly
Collaborate with Product, UX, Content, DevOps, and Cybersecurity
Move forward even when things are not perfectly defined
Focus on solving real problems, not just completing tickets
Build and maintain features across the full stack
Develop APIs, services, and data models that scale
Create user-facing components, dashboards, and tools
Ensure systems work smoothly across web and immersive environments
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Follow secure development practices aligned with DoD standards
Work with designers to turn concepts into working interfaces
Partner with DevOps and platform teams to ship reliable systems
Improve performance, architecture, and code quality over time

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 6 years of full stack development experience
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience building production systems
Must be authorized to work in the United States
