About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist users and clients in Brazil
- Monitor and track support tickets
- Serve as the interface between the client and the global team
- Translate and detail functional requirements for the technical team in India
- Oversee incident resolution through to completion
- Ensure clear and efficient communication among all stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with SAP Workforce / WFS
- Experience in functional support (AMS or SAP Service Desk)
- Experience in analyzing and tracking incidents and service requests
- Advanced English for written and verbal communication
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to user support
