About the role
- Active outbound prospecting (hunter) for new clients (mid-size and large companies)
- Scheduling meetings for the sales team
- Working with strategic accounts
- Mapping decision-makers (HR, IT, Digital Transformation)
- CRM management and data updates
- Support in building outreach cadences (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
- Participation in demand generation strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B sales
- Experience in technology companies, consultancies, or service providers
- Basic knowledge of the sales funnel
- Experience with CRM systems
- Organized, sense of urgency, and strong communication skills
- Clear written communication and professional demeanor
