  • Work on sustaining/support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
  • Collaborate daily with international teams in English

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), preferably in sustaining/support projects
  • Advanced English for conversation and writing (daily interaction with international teams)
  • Availability to work European hours (06:00–15:00)
  • Knowledge of HR processes and related system integrations
  • Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills
  • Official SAP SuccessFactors certifications considered a plus
  • Previous experience in global and multicultural environments is a plus
  • Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation) is a plus
  • Familiarity with ITIL methodologies for incident and problem management is a plus
