About the role
- Provide support and configuration for the SAP HCM Payroll module, with a focus on payroll processing and integrations
- Handle and resolve internal and external tickets, including complex scenarios
- Configure alimony/garnishments, CBO integrated with Payroll (PA), and configuration splitting
- Create and adjust rules using GERT, ensuring compliance and standardization
- Participate in rollout projects, applying best practices and performing testing
- Ensure legal compliance (eSocial, DIRF, SEFIP, etc.) and correct payroll errors.
Requirements
- Payroll schemes and rules
- Solid experience with the HCM payroll module
- Experience with both payroll processes and technical configuration
- Wage types (pay components)
- Averages (payroll average calculations)
- Payroll accounting
- Ability to read and write technical documentation (documentation, specifications, and tickets)
- Comfortable communicating in English
- * Analytical, organized, and a strong communicator
