About the role

  • Provide support and configuration for the SAP HCM Payroll module, with a focus on payroll processing and integrations
  • Handle and resolve internal and external tickets, including complex scenarios
  • Configure alimony/garnishments, CBO integrated with Payroll (PA), and configuration splitting
  • Create and adjust rules using GERT, ensuring compliance and standardization
  • Participate in rollout projects, applying best practices and performing testing
  • Ensure legal compliance (eSocial, DIRF, SEFIP, etc.) and correct payroll errors.

Requirements

  • Payroll schemes and rules
  • Solid experience with the HCM payroll module
  • Experience with both payroll processes and technical configuration
  • Wage types (pay components)
  • Averages (payroll average calculations)
  • Payroll accounting
  • Ability to read and write technical documentation (documentation, specifications, and tickets)
  • Comfortable communicating in English
  • * Analytical, organized, and a strong communicator
