About the role
- Plan and execute the content strategy for TikTok, ensuring brand consistency, visual quality, and excellence in copywriting
- Plan TikTok content aligned with brand objectives and the campaign calendar
- Adapt campaigns, launches, and activations to the platform’s format and language
- Develop captions, video scripts, campaign narratives, and creative copy
- Ensure message clarity, consistent tone of voice, and storytelling aligned with brand identity
- Collaborate with Art Direction to create briefs, validate assets, and develop copy
- Participate in content productions, shootings, recordings, and creative reviews when necessary
- Monitor TikTok performance metrics (engagement, saves, shares, reach)
- Identify learnings and optimization opportunities based on data
Requirements
- Strong experience with TikTok (minimum 2–3 years)
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, creative, and engaging content
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
- Experience with beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Aesthetic sensibility and a strong visual repertoire
- Understanding of performance metrics and social media analytics
- Nice-to-haves: previous experience with product launch campaigns
- Experience working in integrated creative teams (social + design)
