About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will take on operational HR tasks for several of our clients and serve as the central point of contact for administrative matters.
- Independent management of HR administration for multiple companies
- Work with modern HR systems (e.g., Personio) and contribute to their further development
- Preparation and coordination of payroll
- Drafting contracts, certificates, and HR documents
- Participation in projects such as process optimization and system implementations
- Point of contact for employees and managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in HR administration / operational HR
- Structured, independent way of working
- Understanding of HR processes and a desire to further develop them
- Initiative and a drive to improve processes
- Ideally: experience with HR systems (e.g., Personio)
