About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execution and support of various client projects in the area of SAP® SuccessFactors
- Analysis and implementation of customer-specific requirements in SuccessFactors
- Conducting workshops and end-user training for a wide range of clients
- Managing projects from initial implementation through post-Go-Live support
- Working in a highly motivated team with passion, technical expertise, and a sense of humor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience in implementing and consulting on SAP® SuccessFactors
- Current certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
- Solid knowledge of processes and methods in Human Resources
- Ideally, experience in project management
- Customer-focused mindset, process-oriented thinking and strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills (at least B2)
