About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and support a variety of client projects in SAP® SuccessFactors
- Analyze and implement customer-specific requirements in SuccessFactors
- Conduct workshops and end-user training for a wide range of clients
- Manage projects from initial implementation through post-Go-Live support
- Work in a highly motivated team with passion, professional expertise, and a sense of humor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical experience in implementing or consulting on SAP® SuccessFactors
- Current certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
- Solid knowledge of processes and methods in Human Resources
- Ideally, experience in project management
- Customer-oriented mindset, process-oriented thinking, and strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills (at least B2)
