About the role
- Lead and support a variety of client projects in the area of SAP® SuccessFactors
- Analyze and implement customer-specific requirements in SuccessFactors
- Conduct workshops and end-user training for a broad range of clients
- Manage projects from initial implementation through post-Go-Live support
- Work in a highly motivated team with passion, professional expertise and a sense of humor
Requirements
- Practical experience in the use or consulting of SAP® SuccessFactors
- Current certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
- Solid expertise in processes and methods within Human Resources
- Ideally, experience in project management
- Customer-oriented with process-focused thinking
- Very good German language skills (at least B2)
