Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of executive leadership experience, with the title to prove it (CEO, President, GM, COO, Operations Executive, or EOS Integrator)
- Direct, personal ownership of P&L and/or operations for a company in the $500K–$50M+ revenue range — this must be a company-wide or division-wide scope, not a single store, branch, or territory
- Proven, measurable success improving profitability, cash flow, and business performance
- Experience building teams, systems, and organizational accountability
- Comfort managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
