About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as CFO for approximately 25–30 clients
Analyze financial statements, KPIs, cash flow, profitability, and business performance
Identify financial trends, operational risks, and growth opportunities
Deliver monthly financial reviews and strategic recommendations
Help business owners understand financial data and turn insights into action
Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
Hold clients accountable to financial goals and performance metrics
Partner with bookkeepers to improve financial accuracy and reporting
Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients
Collaborate with internal team members to deliver an exceptional client experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Direct experience managing 4 or more concurrent client or business-unit relationships in an advisory, fractional, outsourced CFO, CAS, or multi-entity environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
Strong accounting and financial management background
Ability to translate complex financial information into practical business advice
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High emotional intelligence and executive presence
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
