About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Building scalable operational systems and workflows
- Designing KPI dashboards and accountability rhythms
- Improving operational efficiency and profitability
- Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks
- Strengthening hiring, delegation, and organizational structure
- Translating strategic goals into weekly execution plans
- Coaching owners to lead with data instead of instinct
- Helping businesses become less owner-dependent and more scalable
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of operational leadership experience
- Direct experience working with founders or business owners
- Full responsibility for business operations
- Experience supporting businesses between approximately $1M and $35M+ in annual revenue
- Success building systems, KPIs, and accountability
- Strong financial and operational business acumen
- The ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Experience serving multiple organizations or operating as a Fractional COO is a plus but not required
