Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of operational leadership experience
Direct experience working with founders or business owners
Full responsibility for business operations
Experience supporting businesses between approximately $1M and $35M+ in annual revenue
Success building systems, KPIs, and accountability
Strong financial and operational business acumen
The ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Experience serving multiple organizations or operating as a Fractional COO is a plus but not required
