Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of executive leadership experience
Direct, hands-on experience working with the owners of small to mid-sized businesses.
Full P&L responsibility for businesses ranging from approximately $500K to $50M+ in annual revenue
Proven success improving profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance
Experience building teams, systems, and organizational accountability
Strong executive coaching and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Experience as a Fractional CEO or multi-client executive advisor is a plus but not required.
