Step in as the fractional CFO/Controller for a dedicated roster of up to 30 clients (gross revenues mostly under $10MM)
Analyze financials to spot trends and risks

Deliver hard truths to the business owner with a mix of radical candor and humor

Requirements

What you’ll need

A strong financial/accounting background with a relevant business degree (emphasis in accounting/finance strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience advising under-capitalized small business owners who aren't financially literate
Ability to explain complex FP&A data in plain English
Massive bias for growth
High emotional intelligence
Confidence to hold clients accountable to their own goals
Must reside in: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA
