About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Care Managers under close supervision
  • Provide reception, records maintenance, and general clerical assistance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • Two (2) years medical office experience or an equivalent combination of education and administrative experience
  • Knowledge of customer service concepts and practice
  • Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology
  • Skill in operating a personal computer utilizing a variety of software applications
  • Skill in operating office equipment such as copiers and fax machines
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others
  • No certification, registration, or licensure required
