Key responsibilities & impact

Consolidate, organize, process, and analyze technical, operational, financial, and contractual datasets
Develop metrics, management dashboards, and visualizations to support activity monitoring and decision-making
Assess the quality, consistency, integrity, and traceability of received information
Produce critical analyses, technical reports, and executive presentations
Develop and improve automated routines for data collection, processing, validation, and updating
Support multidisciplinary teams in interpreting information and transforming data into objective, technically grounded conclusions
Contribute to the monitoring of infrastructure, mobility, and concession contract management projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8 years' experience in data science and/or data analysis activities, proven by a certificate or technical capacity declaration
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala
Strong knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics, data modeling, data processing, organization, cleaning, and validation
Experience producing statistical analyses, performance metrics, dashboards, management reports, and predictive models
Knowledge of machine learning, decision science, operations research, data engineering, algorithms, and data structures
Experience handling and integrating data from different sources, systems, and formats
Ability to identify patterns, trends, correlations, inconsistencies, duplicates, and opportunities for improvement
Familiarity with databases, Big Data tools, and processing large volumes of information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Preferred knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Power Query, and automation of data processing and analysis routines
