Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in CRO, ideally in a tech-driven marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics and data interpretation.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing, UX principles, and user psychology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within the team, manage multiple projects, and drive results.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and paid ads.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to propose and execute test ideas.
