About the role
- Respond to and update technical tickets
- Perform troubleshooting on Huawei, Cisco, Datacom, Furukawa and ZTE equipment
- Conduct technical conferences with clients
- Assist field technicians with optical signal analysis
- Monitor network assets and mitigate failures
- Log actions in internal systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or Telecommunications
- Experience providing technical support in an ISP
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer-facing support
- Availability for on-call shifts
