About the role
- Conduct undercover evaluations from your home base.
- Take detailed notes like the professional that you are.

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must provide a government issued ID & a copy of Social Security Card if hired.
- Comfortable with Word or Excel based templates.
- Requires a computer with Windows operating systems (we do not support Mac's).
- Must have an environment with no background noises that can be heard over the phone.
- Ability to respond to calls/emails during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.
