About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set up existing interfaces for new customers and manage the technical integration process through to a successful go-live
Review requirements from the Customer Success team and clarify technical questions
Configure, test, and document integrations
Perform systematic error analysis and ensure interface functionality
Independently coordinate technical tasks
Implement minor code-level adjustments where needed
Develop repeatable processes, checklists, and tools for technical onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree, technical vocational training, or equivalent practical experience
Ability to capture technical requirements in a structured manner
Initial programming experience with Python and TypeScript
Experience with Django and React is a plus
Ability to analyze logs, data formats, and code
Interest in software integrations and reliable data exchange
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Willingness to take ownership and pragmatically improve processes
German at native level; strong English skills
