Business Development Representative – BDR

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identifying and contacting potential customers – primarily by phone and email, or at events such as trade fairs, symposia, and conferences
- Qualifying prospects – via calls, web demos, or on-site meetings
- Business development – you contribute your own ideas to further develop our sales approach, materials, and market access and to open up new markets
- You will work hand in hand with our founder, Jan
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in outbound/SDR/BDR
- Genuine interest in sales and enjoyment in approaching, convincing customers, and building long-term relationships
- Persistent and motivated, even when customer decision processes take longer or obstacles arise
- Team-oriented and willing to take responsibility for shared goals
- Shows initiative and drives projects independently and reliably
- Works in a structured way and follows through on tasks consistently over longer periods
- German at native level to optimally support our customers
