About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead all aspects of program execution, including cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and risk
- Serve as the single accountable owner to the customer
- Manage a program valued at approximately $30M+ per year and $120M+ total contract value across a base year and option years
- Direct a blended team of platform engineers, security and authorization specialists, data-integration engineers, Tier 3 sustainment staff, and teaming partners
- Serve as the primary interface to the Army customer
- Manage customer expectations and steer scope and priorities
- Oversee agile delivery, secure hosting, Authority to Operate activities, and the continuous modernization backlog
- Own financial management, forecasting, staffing plans, and subcontractor performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Direct P&L or delivery accountability for federal programs of $30M+ annually
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex federal IT services or software modernization programs
- Active PMP certification, or demonstrated equivalent managing programs of this scale
- Ability to manage blended prime-and-subcontractor teams and hold partners accountable for cost, schedule, and quality
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, EAC/ETC management, and staffing-to-margin discipline
- Excellent executive communication skills
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; some roles require SECRET/NOFORN
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, business, or management discipline
