Key responsibilities & impact

Lead all aspects of program execution, including cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and risk
Serve as the single accountable owner to the customer
Manage a program valued at approximately $30M+ per year and $120M+ total contract value across a base year and option years
Direct a blended team of platform engineers, security and authorization specialists, data-integration engineers, Tier 3 sustainment staff, and teaming partners
Serve as the primary interface to the Army customer
Manage customer expectations and steer scope and priorities
Oversee agile delivery, secure hosting, Authority to Operate activities, and the continuous modernization backlog
Own financial management, forecasting, staffing plans, and subcontractor performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of program or project management experience
Direct P&L or delivery accountability for federal programs of $30M+ annually
Demonstrated success leading large, complex federal IT services or software modernization programs
Active PMP certification, or demonstrated equivalent managing programs of this scale
Ability to manage blended prime-and-subcontractor teams and hold partners accountable for cost, schedule, and quality
Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, EAC/ETC management, and staffing-to-margin discipline
Excellent executive communication skills
U.S. citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; some roles require SECRET/NOFORN
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, business, or management discipline
