About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides specialized expertise within multiple systems, software disciplines, as well as general knowledge of related disciplines, and applications implications.
- Responsible for performing in-depth analysis and technical support of systems software products, including complex problem resolution, design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support.
- Assists in the planning and conversion for new hardware/software products.
- Maintains currency, debugs and configures related software products.
- Provides operating systems planning and evaluation for performance analysis, capacity planning and hardware upgrades.
- Works from specifications to develop or modify operating systems applications.
- Assists with design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging and documentation of programs.
- Interfaces with other system support groups to resolve problems, setting standards and improving overall efficiency of the operating system.
- Prepares product documentation.
- Interfaces with customers to gather information on system requirements or problems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Eight (8) years relevant experience with systems engineering and software development.
- Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
- Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
- Developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment
- Experience in Agile and hybrid low-code application development.
- Certification: Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
- Education: BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
- Investigative Requirement: Secret clearance.
- 8570/8140: DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I
- Computing Environment: AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate or Certified MuleSoft Associate Certification within 3 months after onboarding start date.
