About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions that best meet business needs.
- Will plan, lead, and manage resources on complex Appian software development projects.
- Opportunity to mentor and develop Junior and Mid-Level Appian Developers and maintain technical knowledge.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 4 years leading Appian software development teams.
- Have previous experience with database and system integration.
- 5 to 8 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred)
- Possess experience in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, computer science, etc.
- Certification: Senior Developer (Level 3) Appian Certification
