About the role

  • Provide expert-level sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations.
  • Analyze functional business applications and design specifications across finance, accounting, personnel, logistics, and contracts.
  • Develop block diagrams and logic flowcharts and translate detailed designs into computer software.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and refine software applications to produce required products.
  • Prepare program-level and user-level documentation.
  • Enhance software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering equipment capacity, limitations, and operating requirements.
  • Integrate APIs and support low-code/no-code development and BPMN-based process automation; follow agile and hybrid methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology–related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management for programs and project operations.
  • Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to support low-code/no-code platform models.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) tools.
  • Experience developing application and process automation software based on BPMN models.
  • Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
  • Background as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS with ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at the time of proposal submission.
