About the role
- Lead functional and automation testing efforts across multiple projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure high-quality delivery by identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
- Drive end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide timely updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience in QA, with strong functional and automation testing expertise.
- Playwright testers with ServiceNow IRM exposure
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and similar automation tools.
- Exposure to ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments (preferred).
- Knowledge of other automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) (preferred).
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD integration (preferred).
