About the role

  • Support in planning and coordinating transformation projects
  • First point of contact for project leads regarding the PRINCE2 methodology
  • Conduct 1:1 and group trainings for project leads
  • Review project plans, highlight reports, change requests, and closing reports, and collect feedback
  • Support the implementation of individual projects (supply chain, finance, foreign subsidiaries)
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for executives, the supervisory board, and employees

Requirements

  • Friendly, open demeanor with a touch of empathy in everyday work
  • Respectful, peer-level interaction regardless of position, age, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Ability to set priorities and stick to them
  • Basic familiarity with PRINCE2 is an advantage
