About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Schedule client appointments by phone, network and leads, and build a clean pipeline
Learn and apply conversation guides, needs assessment, follow-up and documentation standards
Work with KPIs, receive feedback and systematically improve results
Analyze client situations and prepare advisory materials in a structured way
Support client conversations according to your experience level, manage follow-ups and ensure clear next steps
Keep processes organized and document them consistently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
Excellent German skills at a minimum C1 level, spoken and written
Strong communication skills, commitment and reliability
Self-motivation and a structured way of working
Willingness to perform and deliver measurable results
Prior experience in sales, customer service or consulting is desirable
Experience with sports or a high-performance culture is a plus
