Key responsibilities & impact

Entry into financial advisory: You will learn how to conduct client conversations professionally, identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
Sales & client support: You will assist with acquiring and advising new clients and gradually build your own client base.
Financial planning & analysis: You will prepare analyses and concepts in the areas of insurance and protection, retirement provision, investment and wealth accumulation.
Practical training: You will work closely with experienced advisors and learn all core sales processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A‑levels (Abitur), completed commercial/vocational training, or an equivalent/higher qualification
Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level or native speaker)
Residence in Germany
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
Reliability, initiative and a structured working style
