About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Entry into financial advising: Learn how to conduct professional client meetings, identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales & client support: Assist with the acquisition and advising of new clients and progressively build your own client portfolio.
- Financial planning & analysis: Prepare analyses and concepts in the areas of protection, retirement provision, investments and wealth accumulation.
- Practical, hands-on training: Work closely with experienced advisors and learn all core processes in sales.
- Teamwork & mentoring: Receive personal guidance from Kevin Kehr — with clear structure, regular feedback and individual support.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A-levels (Abitur), a completed commercial apprenticeship, or an equivalent/higher qualification
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level or native speaker)
- Residence in Germany
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
- Reliability, initiative and a structured way of working
