About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Customer onboarding: You guide new clients from the initial contact through to personalized financial planning — clear, comprehensible, and structured.
  • Financial advice & support: You conduct advisory meetings, assess protection and retirement planning needs, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Documentation & processes: You work according to defined standards, keep procedures well documented, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Communication & follow-up: You act as the central point of contact, respond to inquiries reliably, and maintain stable client relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have a secondary school leaving certificate (Abitur), completed commercial vocational training, or an equivalent/higher qualification.
  • You reside in Germany.
  • You work in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner.
  • You communicate reliably, professionally, and courteously — in person, by phone, and digitally.
  • You are comfortable working within clear systems and defined processes.
  • You take responsibility for your area and complete tasks thoroughly.
  • Experience in client advisory, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required — your attitude is what matters.
