Key responsibilities & impact

Appointment setting: You schedule client appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.
Process learning: You learn call scripts, needs assessment, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards.
Performance optimization: You work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results.
Analysis & preparation: You support the analysis of client situations and prepare consulting materials in a structured way.
Client contact: You accompany conversations (depending on the stage), handle follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.
Documentation & organization: You keep processes clean, document consistently, and ensure reliability.
Teamwork: You work closely with a high-performing team and take responsibility for your own task areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled as a student (university / university of applied sciences)
German at least C1 (spoken & written)
Strong communication skills, commitment, reliability
Self-initiative and a structured working style
Desire for performance and measurable results
Ideally initial experience in sales, service, consulting, or a performance/sports culture
