About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide telephone support to prospects using a scripted conversation guide
- Conduct structured initial interviews to assess needs
- Maintain and document contacts in the CRM system
- Organize and prepare appointments for financial advisory services

Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a secondary school leaving certificate (Abitur), completed commercial/vocational training, or an equivalent/higher qualification
- You reside in Germany
- You work in a structured, responsible and solution-oriented way
- You communicate reliably, professionally and courteously — in person, by phone and digitally
- You are comfortable with clear systems and defined processes
- You take responsibility for your area and complete tasks thoroughly
- Experience in customer advisory, sales or financial services is a plus but not required — attitude is what matters
