  • Appointment building: You schedule client appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.
  • Process learning: You learn call scripts, needs assessment, follow-up procedures and documentation standards.
  • Performance optimization: You work with KPIs, receive feedback and systematically improve your results.
  • Analysis & preparation: You assist in analyzing client situations and prepare consulting materials in a structured way.
  • Client contact: You participate in meetings (depending on the stage), handle follow-ups and ensure clear next steps.
  • Documentation & organization: You keep processes tidy, document consistently and ensure reliability.
  • Teamwork: You work closely with a high-performing team and take responsibility for your areas of work.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrolled student (university/FH)
  • German at least C1 (spoken & written)
  • Strong communication skills, commitment, reliability
  • Initiative and a structured way of working
  • Drive for performance and measurable results
  • Ideally: first experience in sales, service, consulting, or a performance/sports culture
