  • Appointment generation: You will learn to schedule client meetings (phone, network, leads) and continuously build your pipeline.
  • Processes & standards: You will learn consulting processes, conversation techniques, needs assessment, and documentation.
  • Feedback & development: You will receive coaching, work with KPIs, and quickly develop toward taking on your own responsibilities.
  • Analysis & advisory: You will analyze client situations and, with support, develop suitable financial and retirement planning concepts.
  • Client relationships: You will learn to build long-term relationships and act as a reliable point of contact.
  • Optimization: You will regularly review solutions and adapt them to life changes and market conditions.
  • Teamwork: You will work closely with experienced advisors and specialists to deliver top solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commitment or interest in a dual study program (university, university of applied sciences (FH), IBA, or similar)
  • German language proficiency at least C1 (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and reliability
  • Organizational skills, discipline, and personal accountability
  • Performance-driven: you want to improve measurably
  • Some experience in sales/communication (e.g., hospitality, sports club, promotions, sales)
