About the role
- Telephone outreach: You contact prospective customers by phone following a clear call script.
- Appointment management: You coordinate and schedule consultation appointments in a structured and reliable manner.
- Preparation and follow-up: You prepare client meetings using checklists and document the outcomes accurately.
- Team support: You assist consultants in day-to-day tasks — e.g., with preparation, documentation and follow-up.
- Data maintenance: You keep customer information up to date and complete in the system.
- Event support: You occasionally accompany customer events or workshops and take on defined responsibilities there.
Requirements
