About the role
- Outbound telephone contact: You approach prospective customers using a clear call script.
- Appointment management: You coordinate and schedule consultation appointments in a structured and reliable manner.
- Preparation and follow-up: You prepare customer appointments using checklists and document the outcomes accurately.
- Team support: You assist consultants in day-to-day tasks — e.g., with preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
- Data maintenance: You keep customer information in the system up to date and complete.
- Event support: You occasionally attend customer events or workshops and take on defined responsibilities there.
Requirements
- You work in a disciplined, organized, and careful manner.
- You thrive in clear structures and defined routines.
- You communicate by phone in a friendly, calm, and reliable manner.
- You implement clear instructions reliably and document conscientiously.
- Experience in customer contact, administration, or organization is a plus but not required.
