About the role
- Telephone outreach: You contact potential customers following a clear call script.
- Appointment management: You coordinate and schedule consultation appointments in a structured and reliable manner.
- Preparation and follow-up: You prepare customer appointments using checklists and document the outcomes accurately.
- Team support: You assist advisors in their daily tasks – e.g. with preparation, documentation and follow-up.
- Data maintenance: You keep customer information in the system up to date and complete.
- Event support: You occasionally assist at customer events or workshops and take on defined responsibilities there.
Requirements
- You work in a disciplined, organized and meticulous manner.
- You are comfortable with clear structures and defined routines.
- You make phone calls in a friendly, calm and professional way.
- You reliably carry out clear instructions and document conscientiously.
- Experience in customer contact, administration or organization is a plus but not required.
