About the role

  • Assist in daily operations related to client acquisition and recruitment coordination.
  • Research and identify potential clients who may benefit from our recruitment services.
  • Conduct outreach to companies via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to present our services.
  • Support the client onboarding process and maintain professional communication throughout.
  • Draft proposals, client outreach messages, and service presentations.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client requirements with candidate sourcing.
  • Maintain CRM/Excel sheets to track outreach, leads, and progress.

Requirements

  • English proficiency: C1 or higher (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience or exposure in business development, client outreach, or recruitment services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail with a structured work approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and professional email/LinkedIn communication.
