Support a U.S. Government building partner nation capacity effort focused on developing sustainable military intelligence capabilities through advisory support, training, and institutional capacity building.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Top Secret with current eligibility for SCI access.
Experience producing finished intelligence products within the U.S. Intelligence Community, supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Experience serving in a senior leadership position supporting intelligence operations, training, or education as one of the following: GS/GG-12 or above civilian; Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (E-8/E-9); Mid-grade military officer or above; or Equivalent leadership experience as a government contractor.
Experience developing individual and collective military intelligence training programs.
Experience training intelligence professionals in one or more of the following areas: intelligence planning and operations; intelligence strategy, policy, or doctrine; instructional design; project management methodologies; or in-person and virtual facilitation techniques.
Experience drafting strategic intelligence documents related to intelligence concepts, doctrine, defense policy, or strategy development.
Demonstrated ability to translate U.S. and NATO intelligence principles, methods, and best practices into effective instructional content for foreign military audiences.
Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. and NATO joint and service military intelligence doctrine and the ability to communicate intelligence principles and practices to partner nation personnel.
Experience advising or mentoring military or government intelligence organizations.
Experience supporting one or more military intelligence disciplines, including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Technical Intelligence (TECHINT), or Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT).
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive-level communication skills.
Ability to travel internationally and within the continental United States as required.
Experience supporting intelligence advisory activities within the United States CENTCOM AOR.

Non-travel months: Approximately 30–50 hours/month.
Travel months: Approximately 80–90 hours/month.
