  • Support a U.S. Government building partner nation capacity effort focused on developing sustainable military intelligence capabilities through advisory support, training, and institutional capacity building.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Top Secret with current eligibility for SCI access.
  • Experience producing finished intelligence products within the U.S. Intelligence Community, supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency.
  • Experience serving in a senior leadership position supporting intelligence operations, training, or education as one of the following: GS/GG-12 or above civilian; Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (E-8/E-9); Mid-grade military officer or above; or Equivalent leadership experience as a government contractor.
  • Experience developing individual and collective military intelligence training programs.
  • Experience training intelligence professionals in one or more of the following areas: intelligence planning and operations; intelligence strategy, policy, or doctrine; instructional design; project management methodologies; or in-person and virtual facilitation techniques.
  • Experience drafting strategic intelligence documents related to intelligence concepts, doctrine, defense policy, or strategy development.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate U.S. and NATO intelligence principles, methods, and best practices into effective instructional content for foreign military audiences.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. and NATO joint and service military intelligence doctrine and the ability to communicate intelligence principles and practices to partner nation personnel.
  • Experience advising or mentoring military or government intelligence organizations.
  • Experience supporting one or more military intelligence disciplines, including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Technical Intelligence (TECHINT), or Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT).
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and within the continental United States as required.
  • Experience supporting intelligence advisory activities within the United States CENTCOM AOR.

  • Non-travel months: Approximately 30–50 hours/month.
  • Travel months: Approximately 80–90 hours/month.
  • Initial travel anticipated September 2026.
  • Anticipated Start: Immediate
